Volunteer Geneva’s participation in the “Marche de l’Espoir” on 12 October has lead to a planned ongoing partnership for future events with Terre des Hommes (TdH). Indeed, both TdH and Volunteer Geneva were very happy to work together and we received very positive feedback on our first joint collaboration with TdH.
After a very successful “Marche de l’Espoir” which involved more than 500 volunteers (including a team from Volunteer Geneva) and 4300 participants, Terre des Hommes has managed to raise over CHF 400,000 in favour of their project to improve child education, food distribution and conduct environmental initiatives in India.
In light of such a wonderful achievement, it is crucial to outline the commitment of Volunteer Geneva and its volunteers. We are all very proud to have contributed to this massive success and are very exited to participate to a large extent and as a recognised partner in future events with TdH.
